SECC Corporation is a licensed construction contractor in the states of California, Arizona, and Nevada. Our main focus  is outside plant utility construction and engineering. Our coroprate office is located in Chino, California. We also operate satellite offices in Mentone, Simi Valley, Victorville, and Montclair, California. We have the capability to perform as a prime contractor and to self-perform major elements of construction projects. We are proud of our exemplary safety record and have many programs in place to maintain our safe and efficient workforce. SECC is also a Minority Business Enterprise, certified by the California Public Utilities Commission.
